Requests for Information Due Date: December 20th, 2024 @ 12:00PM AZ Time Proposal The Quechan Indian Tribe through the Quechan Tribal Council and the Economic Development Administration (EDA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide construction services for a proposed 10,000 square ft insulated metal building located on the Quechan Indian Reservation, the Fort Yuma Wellness Center is located at 1890a San Pasqual School Road, Winterhaven, CA 92283. Scope of Work (SOW): Under the direct supervision of the Fort Yuma Wellness Center staff, the successful contractor will provide construction services for Construction of a new 10,000 square ft Wellness Center insulated metal building. The successful contractor will stay in continuous contact with staff to ensure the completion of the project in a timely manner as agreed upon prior to the award. The successful firm that is awarded the bid will review all outlined terms, review the existing conditions, meet with the Fort Yuma Wellness Center staff and prepare the total construction cost for the project. Construction Services to be provided: 1. All site work for new building and parking lot with parking lot lighting 2. New footings and 4 building slab for 10,000 square foot metal building 3. Metal building 10,000 square ft with vinal coated insulation. (2) 10x14 overhead doors with aluminum store front entrance 4. Metal stud walls and drywalls for new lobby, conference room, (3) offices, (2) restrooms, residential kitchen with cabinets and storage room. All walls to be painted and ceilings will be ACT 5. Restrooms to be tiled 4ft on the walls and tiled floor, Mens (2 urinals, 2 toilets, two sinks), Womens (2 sinks, 3 toilets), restroom exhaust fans 6. Gym flooring will be 1/2 inch gym roll out mating 7. New HVAC to all areas and main gym space 8. New electrical and lighting 9. New fire and sprinkler system 10. New plumbing and fixtures 11. 800 LF of masonry wall and landscaping (turf around the building) 12. Tero 5% fee 13. No Davis Bacon prevailing wages 14.Design and engineering 15. Permits 16. Bond 17. New alarm system with surveillance cameras 18. Internet Hardlines (cardio machines) 19. Water softener & purification dispenser
