Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winterhaven, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Contractor shall remove the existing air inlet louvers and frames on three cooling towers and replace them with new components in accordance with the specifications provided in the Scope of Work. Work applies to Evapco ESWB 12-foot-wide cooling tower units and includes all labor, materials, equipment, disposal, and installation necessary to complete the louver replacement and restore the cooling towers to proper operating condition.
