Renovation of a military facility in Winterhaven, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This project consists of furnishing and installing new LCN ADA automatic door operators and Tormax (or approved equal) wireless activation devices at multiple entrances at Fort Yuma Health Center. Work includes integration of exterior doors into the existing access control system to ensure proper and secure operation. Amendment 1 extends the closing date to 29/07/2026. A revised Statement of Work (SOW) is pending. Work consists of furnishing and installing new LCN ADA automatic door operators and Tormax (or approved equal) wireless activation devices at multiple entrances at Fort Yuma Health Center. The project includes integration of exterior doors with the existing access control system to ensure proper and secure operation. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled at the facility on 02/07/2026 at 10:00 a.m. This procurement is for new equipment only. No remanufactured or gray market items are permitted. The vendor must be an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller for the proposed equipment/system, with OEM warranty and service provided and maintained by the manufacturer. All equipment must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and all warranty and service requirements must comply with OEM terms and conditions. Location: Fort Yuma Health Center, 1860 Medicine Man Road, Winterhaven, CA 92283.
