A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: o Provide all equipment, rigging, labor, materials and transportation to fabricate and deliver two (2) radial gates for the Gila Division per the schedule set forth in Section 5.4. o The existing gates are beyond their useful service life and is in need of replacement. o The Contractor will be responsible for the fabrication, transportation and offloading of the radial gate for the Gila Diversion o Deliver by December 1, 2025 License Requirements Only persons or firms possessing current, valid type "C-51" California Contractor's License or an "A" California Contractor's License or a "B" California Contractor's License will be considered for this work. Refer to Proposal Information document. All respondents are instructed to furnish, along with their response, a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount. A Bid Bond form is included with the Response Forms. All respondents are cautioned to provide complete response packages in accordance with all requirements in this complete Primary Request for Proposal.
