Reference Number 0000359684 Job Location Cortez Police Dept PROJECT SCOPE: The City of Cortez is seeking qualified roofing contractors to submit a proposal for replacement of the membrane roof on the Police Department building located at 608 North Park Street, and performance of other repairs as necessary. Proposals shall include line item units cost and total cost structure, as well as a project timeline showing completion date. This work will likely include, but may not be limited to: o replacing up to six (6) roofing substrate panels o installing up to 300 square feet of roof leveling/ elevating compound o replacing or refurbishing parapet wall cap on main story and clear story o replace flashing on clear story at membrane connection o replace membrane with minimum 20-year service life white membrane for main story and clear story, heat-welded seams o rebuild up to four (4) roof drain inlets o install condensate lines for AC units General Requirements - Contractors License Required - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Warranty Information Required The City reserves the right to waive any formality or any informality in the process of awarding a proposal.
