Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project Scope is as Follows but is Not Limited to Items Below - Remove Underground Conductors and Abandon Underground Conduit. Return Salvage to Owner. - Provide New Underground Conduit and Conductors. Complete All Trenching And Backfill Per Utility Standards and Standard Trenching Detail. - Remove Old Meter. Provide New 3-phase Meter. Provide Two New Nema 3r 42 Circuit Panels With Feed Thru Lugs. - Remove Existing Panel. Extend Existing Circuits to New Panel. - End of Existing Three Phase Utility Power. Coordinate With Utility Company to Extend Existing Three Phase Power to New Pole. -add New Led Light and Pole by Fuel Tanks - Keeping Existing Single Phase Compressor With Added Buck Booster. Provide New Circuit for New Compressor as Shown. -add Two Buck Booster Transformer for Each Compressor - Existing Single Phase Panel and Meter Serving the Bus Parking Area to Remain. - Coordinate Approximate Location of New Power Pole and 120/208v Utility Transformer With Empire Electric. This Does Not Include Any Trenching. You Will Be Required to Provide a Small 4' Deep Trench, Hole for Transformer Vault and 2' Deep Trench to 3 Phase Meter Location Near the Pole . - Provide Two 2-inch Conduits With Pull Strings for Future Car Chargers. - Provide One 1 Inch Conduit for Card Reader Data Raceway at Service Pump. Coordinate With Owner for Exact Location of Added Card Reader. - Existing Gas Pump Emergency Power Off Button to Remain. - Conduits for Future Car Chargers to Terminate in Grade Level Box. Provide 18"X24" Grade Level Box. - Provide New Feeder and Disconnect for Existing Compressor. Refer to Mechanical Equipment Schedule. - Provide New Circuit for Weatherproof Gfci Receptacle Per Design. -all Construction Trash and Debris Will Need to Be Disposed of by the Contractor on a Daily Basis and Will Use the Re-1 Dumpsters Only With Permission of the Transportation Director.
