Furnishing and Installing approximately 646 gallons of Pavement Marking Material (Waterborne Base Paint) on City Streets within the City of Cortez. 2. Furnishing and Installing approximately 453 gallons of Pavement Marking Material (High Build Acrylic Waterborne Paint) on City Streets (Bike Lanes) within the City of Cortez. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % BONDS: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check payable to the City of Cortez for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. When the successful bidder has been identified and a Notice of Award issued, the remaining bid bonds will be returned. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond and a separate payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Payment Bond and Performance Bond are to be separately issued and not combined in one bond. The City reserves the right to waive any formality or any informality in the process of awarding a bid. The City reserves the right to accept any bid, in whole or in part, and to reject any or all bids if it be deemed in the best interest of the City to do so. Question Deadline 03/20/2025
