Reference Number 0000379072 The City of Cortez's Public Works Department is requesting proposals (RFP's) for a treated water distribution master planning initiative. This project seeks to create a collection of guiding documents that will assist in the effective operation and maintenance of the treated water distribution system from the City's water treatment plant to the end users. The Water Distribution Network Master Plan (the "WDN Master Plan") will be funded with local agency dollars; as such, State and Federal reporting requirements will not apply to this project. The selected consultant (the "Consultant") shall follow all applicable local, State, and Federal laws and regulations. There is no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal requirement set for this work. Performance period of the contract shall be from the Effective Date of the contract (anticipated April 23, 2025): April 23 to June 25, 2025, for Phase 1; and to December 9, 2025, for Phase 2.
