The process to be used in the selection of the General Contractor is the Competitive Sealed Best Value Bidding method comprised of two steps as described in Section I (H). Scope of Work: The Contractor shall furnish all of the materials and perform all of the work shown on the drawings and described in the specifications for the project titled: 2025 Service Center Security Fencing Project, consisting in general terms of furnishing all labor, materials, and installation of approximately 2100 ft +/- of 6ft high Chain Link Security Fencing, gates, gates controls and moving of existing gates. Contractor is also to provide Automated Entrance Gate on main entrance to Service Center equipment yard. Contractor is responsible for all electrical work.
