Site work for a water / sewer project in Keller, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 10, 2024 this project was awarded to MHB Construction, Inc in the amount of $60,237.50 Drainage improvements along a local drainage drainage easement. Improvements include a pipe fence across a stream to prevent livestock from crossing. The pipe fence will include 2 3/8 pipe anchored in a concrete footer. Downstream of the crossing will be armored with Turf Reinforcement Question Deadline 08/16/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be presented in writing to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 96 hours prior to the date and time for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions will be taken via email and discussed with City of Keller Engineering staff.
