Renovation of a military facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
As of October 8, 2025, per the owner, this project has been closed. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to remove and replaced roll doors, and provide and install roll doors as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Deliverables, as required during the performance of this contract, shall be delivered to F.O.B.'s destination. The equipment, supplies, and services as required herein shall be delivered and installed through the life of the contract to the following address: Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Main Annex Facilities 14th and C Streets, S.W. Washington, D.C. 20228 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The ordering period of performance is 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2029 Site Visit: When a call is placed, the contractor will coordinate and schedule a site visit with the COR to assess the scope of work The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
