Project Title: ATF Credit Union Renovation project located at ATF HQ in Washington DC. The objective of this contract is to renovate the old Credit Union space to be reutilized to best suite the mission of the ATF, at the ATF Headquarters location. The Credit Union will be removing their banking equipment from the space, i.e., such as but not limited to, the ATM machine, bank teller equipment and any other end user equipment they have in place unique to their mission or business. Credit Union Renovation (1.S-170) | General Construction: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision, and perform all operations necessary for the office space renovation. Work includes but is not limited to general construction, demolition/ alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures, demolition, construction, replacement of items and all other work necessary to construct the project. All work, including final cleanup and completion of any punch list items, shall be performed within sixty days (60) calendar days after the date of receipt of notice to proceed.
