Project consists of: Without limiting the generality thereof, furnishing all labor and material for the replacement of all membrane roofing at the Beacon Courts Administration Building with new modified bitumen roofing system as shown on the Drawings and Project Manual. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined participation goal reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 10.4% of the final contract price.
