Renovation of a municipal facility in Honor, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
THE PLATTE TOWNSHIP Board is accepting bids from all interested parties for replacement of the Township Hall heating system. Work to include: remove old furnace and replace with a propane furnace to accommodate the square footage of building, (48x37x9); inspect existing heating infrastructure for repair and/or upgrade; replace boiler mate with a 40-gallon propane water heater. Contractor shall secure appropriate permits. Bids shall be accompanied by a copy of valid Michigan contractors license and proof of liability insurance.
