Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of pavement milling, replacement of HMA berm and sidewalks, driveway blending, installation of cement concrete pedestrian ramps, loam/seeding and roadway paving, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the work. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Every request for such interpretation shall be made in writing addressed to City Engineer - Contract ED 2024-14 Project: Resurfacing of Various Streets and Appurtenant Work, City of Marlborough, Department of Public Works, Engineering Division, 135 Neil Street, Marlborough, MA 01752 or emailed to mdascoli@marlborough-ma.gov Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the City Engineer. The City Engineer will answer such requests if received no later than five (5) business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, before the date for receipt of the bids.
