The properties at 1801-1827 Martin Grove Road are a collection of residential semi-detached townhomes in fourteen separate blocks, owned by the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) in the Mount Olive-Silverstone-Jamestown neighbourhood of Toronto (Etobicoke). Extensive maintenance is proposed for the existing buildings, including waterproofing, roof replacement, door replacement and various interior renovations, which will also require tree removal. Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at 1825 & 1827 Martin Grove Rd.
