Reference Number 00004173882 The Supplier must have the following experience in order to be considered for award of the Contract: 1. Suppliers bidding must be a nursery and be a member in good standing of the Canadian Nursery & Landscape Association. Must attach current certification in good standing including membership number. This will be independently verified. 2. Experience / Comparable Contracts 1. The Supplier must provide three (3) reference contacts for the purpose of confirming the Supplier’s experience and track record of success. The Supplier shall provide the requested references for clients in which the Supplier has satisfactorily supplied and delivered items as follows: 1 A minimum 10,000 container trees, 50cm-100cm caliper range for Schedule A 2 A minimum 3000 container trees, 30cm-39cm caliper range for Schedule B 3 A minimum 300 wire basket trees, 50mm-70mm caliper range for Schedule C The Supplier must submit a total of three (3) as indicated above. There must be one per Schedule bid on. If not bidding on all three, then Supplier will provide two or three per Schedule bid on in order to attain the minimum requirement of three references. 2. The Supplier shall provide the requested references as stated in 2.1 above in the last five (5) years. Failure to provide verifiable experience will result in the bid being declared non-compliant. Suppliers are to verify reference contact details, such as phone numbers and e-mail addresses are valid prior to bid submission. 3. All reference contacts provided must have been performed directly by the Supplier. Subcontracting is not allowed for any of the Deliverables stated in this RFQ.
