DCP - McCormack State Office Building AHU Fan Wall & Chilled Water Coils Replacement, Boston, MA. This Project includes replacement of existing supply fan with a fan wall in two air handling units, upgrade of BMS controller in those same units, and upgrade of interior lighting to LED. Add alternates for replacement of chilled water coils, drain pans and associated replacement of partial existing piping and fittings of the air handling units to install the coils The Category of Work is HVAC OR Mechanical Systems. Every General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for no less than the bid price, plus all add alternates, if applicable * Restricted solicitation. Only invited vendors can participate.*
