Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform interior and exterior window cleaning services on all nine floors at Boston City Hall, all six floors at 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, all four floors plus attic floors of Faneuil Hall, and all four floors plus attic floors of the Francis Parkman House - twice per location. Once in the Fall of 2024 and once in the Spring of 2025 and in the same time intervals for the next two fiscal years subject to available appropriations. Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
