* Owner does not release Bid Amount. Project will be updated once Awarded Contractor details are announced. The scope of work for the Regina Wastewater Treatment Plant Lagoon #4 West Dyke Slope Flattening project includes but is not limited to: a. Remove existing chain link fence on west side of Lagoon 4 and conduct dyke surface preparation in advance of placing earth fill. b. Strip existing topsoil from dyke sideslope, process and reuse topsoil on sideslope. Where applicable, supplement the depth of topsoil using imported topsoil from plant borrow pit. c. Remove and haul clay till earth material from the WWTP north borrow pit to the Lagoon 4 west dyke. Place and integrate moisture conditioned clay fill into the existing dyke. d. Supply and place rip rap to fill in local scour holes on sideslope. e. Seeding of finished slope and place crushed recycled asphalt base on finished dyke top. f. Erect temporary construction fence to stop pedestrian and vehicle access to the dyke work zone. Provide traffic accommodations in support of construction. g. Erect new fencing and conduct final joint inspection with Owner. Correct any deficiencies identified by plant staff or designated representatives.
