There are a total of nine (9) areas to be painted. Gregg County reserves the right to accept or reject any/all of the bids received, purchase from any State contract and/or inter-local agreement and or award contracts in lump sum or in parts. All contracts must be approved by the Gregg County Commissioners Court.
