CLEAN PROCESS DRAIN LINES: Approximately 700' of 18" diameter pipe Approximately 1000' of 12" diameter pipe PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK: Perform a complete and thorough cleaning of process drain lines at Attleboro WWTP. Remove debris and liquid from cleaning process. Disposal at WWTP on-site landfill. Provide a pre and post cleaning CCTV inspection of lines. Per M.G.L. c.30, section 39M: Within ten (10) days of notification of contract award, the successful Contractor will be required to submit a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount IF contract amount is greater than $25,000.00. Payment bond will be held in the City's Purchasing Office until all work has been accepted by the City. This bond shall be renewable on a yearly basis if this contract is extended due to a contract extension provision.
