Site work for a water / sewer project in Paris, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Commissioners Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor technicalities. Lamar County Commissioner's Court is accepting bids to abandon in place the following: one (1) 12,000 gallon, two (2) 8,000 gallon and one (1) 6,000 gallon underground fuel storage tanks, per TCEQ rules and regulations. Contractor to follow published TCEQ regulations regarding in place underground fuel tank abandonment and provide all necessary personnel, equipment and materials to successfully complete abandoning these tanks in place. Contractor will be responsible for completing and submitting to TCEQ all required forms and documentation with regards to abandoning these tanks in place. Contractor to provide Lamar County Commissioner's Court copies of all required documentation and forms filed with TCEQ. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
