Rehabilitation of 500,000 Gallon Industrial Park Road Elevated Tank the furnishing of all labor and materials, and for performing all activities specified in the Contract Documents, for the construction of the Industrial Park Road Water Tank Rehabilitation. The project includes the Rehabilitation of 500,000 gallon Industrial Park Road elevated tank. The Contract Time will be One Hundred Fifty (150) consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $500 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Bids for this work will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom the Contract Documents and Addenda, if any, have been issued by the Engineer. Bids received by bidders to whom the Contract Documents were not issued by the Engineer will be returned unopened. State law requires a non-resident bidder to attach/include a copy of his resident state's current law pertaining to such state's treatment of non-resident contractors with their bid. Any bid submitted by a non-resident contractor which does not include the non-resident contractor's current state law shall be rejected and not considered for award. The City of Brookhaven reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.
