Questions shall be submitted individually through online by 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), on August 9, 2024. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. In order to provide high quality snowmobile trail systems, the State of Wyoming, Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources, Division of State Parks, Historic Sites and Trails - Snowmobile Program (SPHST) is seeking qualified contractors who would be capable of providing snow removal services for the specified snowmobile parking area. These services shall meet the Area Specific Specifications and Requirements for Snowmobile Parking Area Snow Removal outlined in Attachment A, as well as the General Snowmobile Parking Area Snow Removal Requirements and Special Provisions for this Area in Section 2 of this document The State of Wyoming, Department of State Parks and Cultural Resources reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids The contract will be for a one-year period, with an option to extend for up to four (4) additional one-year periods, by agreement of both parties in writing and subject to the required approvals. There is no right or expectation of extension and any extension will be determined solely at the discretion of the Department.
