Renovation of a municipal facility in Lakewood, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of the removal and replacement of air handling units on the roof of the WRD Administration Building including but not limited to the replacement of variable air volume units VAV 1-7 and VAV 2-14, the replacement of existing ductwork and air terminals associated with those units, the replacement and installation of structural enclosure components, the installation of UVC emitter bulbs for air treatment, and the start-up and testing of the above systems and associated electrical power improvements. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish, install, test, and place into service the new Air Handling units, VAV boxes, air terminals, and ductwork as specified in the Contract Documents, complete and operable.
