As of October 23, 2024, project was awarded to Ascot Group with the amount of $249,747.55. The Project includes: Installation of approximately 600 LF of 6-inch water main. Installation of approximately 400 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer. Bids shall be labeled: Tracy Lane Water & Sewer. To submit a bid for the project, prospective bidders are required to register with the issuing office regardless of how bid docs are obtained. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to preform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by NC General Statute, Chapter 87 and Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders.
