The improvement for which bids will be received is described below: Removal and replacement of HVAC equipment listed below and provide all materials and work necessary at the Citys Police Court Campus for the following: Police Court Campus: Two Heat Pump Units HP-10 (7.50 Ton Unit) and HP-11 (7.50 Ton Unit). Each Heat Pump must meet the following requirements: R410a Refrigeration, 208-230/60/3 Phase Electrical Configuration, Transition Curb Adapters, Monitoring and Control to be completed as an extension of the existing Siemens Building Automation System (Desigo) that serves City Facilities. All zones and associated existing VVT and electric reheat components must be controlled as a complete system by Siemens Building Automation System (Desigo) that serves all City Facilities.
