Renovation of a residential development in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work provided for in these Contract Documents shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, and equipment, and performing all work and operations in connection with the construction of items and all other incidental and related work to complete the proposed project ready for use and service. Foundation walls: Stabilize foundation on the west and north wall. Waterproof basement walls to address water infiltration. Basement Hatch: Remove and replace hatch. The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein. Questions regarding these Instructions to Bidders or the other Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Project Contact no later than ten (10) days from Bid published date. The Project Contact shall respond in writing and publish in an expeditious manner an addendum to the project if a change to the bid is done, no later than three (3) days prior to the opening of Bids. Disciplined based partial bids are acceptable. All questions concerning this project during the bidding process shall be forwarded to the Project Contact listed below.
