Renovation of a municipal facility in Salina, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Exterior improvements to Saline County Livestock and Expo Center barn. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. If awarded this contract, the undersigned will begin work upon notification to proceed, and will complete all the work by February 15th. Project Start date: October 9th - North and East side startdate October 22nd with a finish date of February 15th Any questions regarding the specifications or the bidding process and scope of work, are to be addressed to Hutton Corp. / Justin May at (785) 825-4664 / jmay@huttonbuilds.com Additional information may be obtained from Administrative Resource Center at (785) 309-5810. The work to be done under this contract is shown on the drawings and described in the technical specifications. The contract documents include: (1) the drawings and specifications on file with the official representative of Saline County, (2) general instructions to bidders (3) the proposal and contract forms, and (4) the bonds and securities to be furnished by the Contractor
