The project is located approximately 400 feet west of the intersection of CR 18 (Forest Home Road) and Ampersand Avenue. The projects limits extend from 95 feet west to 75 feet east of the existing culvert. Location: CR 18 over Little Trout River Tributary, Town of Harrietstown, Franklin County The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Remove and replace the existing CR 18 culvert and reconstruct approximately 170 feet of approach roadway to tie the structure into the adjacent highway.
