The Project includes the following Work: Installation of sanitary sewer to serve two separate project areas with proposed 8-inch polyvinly chloride pipe and manholes along multiple new alinements on Pershing Avenue, Highland Avenue, Foch Avenue, Liberty Street, and Green Street. The Project will also include the installation of twp pump stations, a 4-inch force main along Marne Avenue, and a 1 1/2-inch force main running between Green Street and Beech Street. The Project also includes associated trench repair and street asphalt milling and overlay. Question Deadline 08/23/2024 The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. Contractor Shall Pay Wage to Each Laborer and Mechanic at a Rate Not Less Than Minimum Wages Specified in the Current Wage Determination in Accordance With the Provisions of the Davis-bacon Act. Bidders Shall Comply With the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as Amended. The Scioto County Sanitary Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 110 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
