The Village of Hobart is seeking qualified firms or contractors to provide professional engineering services in the State of New York to perform and evaluate the implement water system improvements associated with the Village's approved DWSF application. Services include, but not limited to grant writing, a review of existing plans, reports, and system evaluations; preparation of a final Basis of Design Report: site survey; development of plans and specifications suitable for NYSDOH approval, permitting, bid phase services; construction administration and construction observation. Location: Village of Hobart 80 Cornell Avenue Hobart, NY The Village of Hobart will rank responses received on an evaluation of demonstrated competence and qualifications for the type of professional service required. MBE/WBE, Section 3 and SDVOB businesses are encouraged to submit their proposals. The Village of Hobart reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to conduct interviews at its sole discretion. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
