Scope : The purpose of this Invitation to Bid Construction is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to Install Hurricane Clips, Tear Off Existing and Install New Roof, Flat Deck Cap Sheet Roof w/Slope Roof Transition, Install Impact Windows, Install Pre-hung Exterior Impact Door, Repair Soffit and Fascia, Pour Concrete Ramp, Repair Drywall, Install Kitchen Sink, Install Vanity w/Sink, Install Tub/Shower Combination, Install Toilet, Install Toilet, Install Hot Water Heater, Upgrade Electric to 150 Amp Service, Repair Electric Service, Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detector w/Arc Fault, Install Exterior Light Fixtures in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid Construction.
