Scope :The purpose of this Invitation to Bid Construction is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to Install Hurricane Clips, Tear Off Existing and Install New Roof, Install Impact Garage Door, Install Pre-hung Exterior Impact Door, Install Impact Sliding Glass Door, Install Impact Windows, Paint House Complete, Install Base and Wall Cabinets and Countertop, Install Carpet, Install Interior Door, Repair Drywall, Replace Kitchen Sink and Disposal, Install Toilet, Install Tub/Shower Combination, Install Vanity w/Sink in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid Construction. NO CONTRACTOR SHALL BE AWARDED OR HAVE UNDER CONSTRUCTION MORE THAN THREE (3) JOBS AT ANY ONE TIME.
