Maumee River Mup Orleans Extension Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in the Form of a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit Payable to the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Bid. A Performance Bond in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) on the Contract Price Will Be Required as Part of the Contract. Prospective Bidders May Address Inquiries to Brian Thomas Through the Online. All Inquiries Must Be Submitted No Later Than 10:00 Am on August 19, 2024. The Project is Located Within the City of Perrysburg Corporation Limits and is Thereby Eligible for City Income Tax Collection. The City Reserves the Right Reject Any and All Bids; and Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Optional Bids Offered; and Reserves the Right to Waive Any Minor Informalities or Irregularities in the Bids Received. This project consists of constructing a 10 foot wide asphalt and elevated concrete plank boardwalk multi use path within Orleans Park from West Boundary Street to the paved parking lot. Work includes all necessary and related work such as paving, earthwork, aggregate base, boardwalk, restoration, clearing and other related items.
