Unless otherwise specified elsewhere in this Response document, the Contractor shall meet all applicable specifications, as outlined in Washoe County Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction 2016, and any amendments to date. Cottonwood Park Playground Project, located in Beatty, Nye County, Nevada. The project consists of: Surfacing and Playstructure must fit within 4,565 sq. ft. Playstructure designed for ages 5-12y. Playstructure must have shade structures incorporated into design. Installation of Playstructure onto Corkeen surfacing. Contractor is responsible for site prep, excavation, temp fencing - spoils to remain on site. Contractor is responsible to remove and dispose of existing play equipment, concrete footers, and surfacing. Contractor is responsible to install approximately 422 linear feet of 6' orange temporary fencing. All posts to be pounded. Fencing to be removed after completion of project. Contractor is responsible to install approx. 140-250 of 6"x6" concrete curbing around play pit for containment of surfacing. Contractor is responsible to provide minimum of compacted AB subbase and level finish grade at depth required for Corkeen surfacing based on fall height of Playstructure.
