The geotechnical reports, specifications, terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of Don Kalkoske, County Manager for Humboldt County, 50 W Fifth Street., Winnemucca, Nevada 89445, 775- 623-6300. Bids must be submitted on the proposal summary form provided and in accordance with the drawings, specifications, terms and conditions. All blank spaces must be filled, the numbers must be stated both in writing and in figures, required signatures must be in longhand and the completed proposal summary form shall be without interlineations, alterations or erasures. Bidders must have the appropriate Nevada Contractors and/or Business License and be qualified pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes to bid on contracts for public works and meet any special requirements of this work The right is reserved to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted bids, reject any and all bids or accept the bid which is deemed by the Humboldt County Commission to be in the best interest of Humboldt County.
