Renovation of a parking garage in Winnemucca, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Winnemucca Convention & Visitors Authority ("WCVA" or "Owner") is requesting proposals to provide all equipment, materials and labor required to implement repairs to the Winnemucca Convention Center East Hall parking garage basement deteriorated concrete walls and slabs located at 30 W. Winnemucca Blvd., Winnemucca, Nevada. Proposers must: (i) have the appropriate State of Nevada Contractor's License and State Business License; (ii) be qualified pursuant to Nevada law to perform public entity contracts; (iii) be able to certify in the written contract compliance with subsection 2 of NRS 332.065; and, (iv) before commencement of construction, have obtained a City of Winnemucca business license. Prevailing wage. The project cost is anticipated to reach the threshold for payment of the prevailing wage rates established by the Nevada Labor Commissioner. Bid bond. A bid bond shall accompany each bid and shall be made payable to Owner in the amount of not less than 5% of the total amount of the bid in the form of a surety company bond, cash, certified check or cashier's check. Warranty. Proposals must fully describe all applicable guarantees and/or warranties. The right is reserved to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the submitted proposals, reject any and all proposals or to accept the proposal which is deemed by the WCVA Board to be in the best interest of the Winnemucca Convention & Visitors Authority. ***Bid Event: Sealed proposal. Proposals must be submitted on the required form, sealed in an envelope and clearly marked: "PROPOSAL - WCVA EAST HALL BASEMENT REPAIR PWP-HU-2024-456" and shall be submitted to: WCVA Director Winnemucca Convention Center 50 West Winnemucca Boulevard Winnemucca, Nevada 89445. Telegraph, facsimile and email proposals will not be accepted. Withdrawal. Proposals may be withdrawn by written notice received prior to the date and time set for receipt. Telegraph, facsimile and email withdrawals will not be accepted. Consideration-Contract award. Provide all equipment, materials and labor required to implement the repairs and sealing of deteriorated concrete walls, ceiling and slabs (Task #2-4) within the parking garage basement level at the Winnemucca Convention Center East Hall located at 30 W. Winnemucca Blvd., Winnemucca, Nevada. Delivery and installation must be guaranteed sixty (60) days, weather permitting, from date of notice of award or purchase order issuance and must be performed around the Convention Center schedule of events in consultation with the WCVA Director or authorized Owner representative.
