All Proposals Must Be Submitted on the City of Winnemucca Proposal Form Provided in the Contract Documents, and Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check, or Cash in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Attention of Bidders is Directed to the State of Nevada Contractor's License Law (Nrs 624.700) and the Winnemucca Municipal Code (Chapter 5) That Requires the Contractor to Hold a Valid License With Each Agency. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals or to Accept the Proposal Which is Deemed by the City Council to Be in the Best Interest of the City of Winnemucca. The City of Winnemucca Also Reserves the Right to Waive Any Irregularities and/or Informalities in the Submitted Bid Forms.
