The intended construction delivery model is Design-Build-Finance (DBF) with a consideration for an optional Maintain (DBFM). TIMELINE: A Request For Qualification has been issued by York University, inviting Proponents to submit Proposals for SQ25-044 to provide Compliance Architect Services for the York University School of Medicine (YUSoM). This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents who have the necessary qualifications and experience. This RFSQ is intended to solicit firms who have the expertise in assisting the Owner throughout the DBF(M) process. The intent is for the Compliance Architect to work collaboratively with the York stakeholders and the Functional Program Planner to transition the vision of the YUSoM into a well-defined budget-schedule-scope unique to the York University School of Medicine. The Compliance Architect and team will then work with York, legal, and financial advisers to generate an RFP package to be issued to the DBF(M) consortium.
