Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: o Replacement of select sewer mains and sewer services; o Installation of new gravity sewer mains; o Installation of new railroad crossing via jack and bore; o Select manhole rehabilitation; o Abandonment of existing lift station and value vault; o Construction of new package lift station with above ground valve vault; o New emergency generator and associated electrical equipment; and o Asphalt and gravel surfacing replacement. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to PowerTeton County Water & Sewer District, in the amount not less than ten Percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish and approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Contractor and Subcontractor(s) shall pay, as a minimum, prevailing wages for each classification in accordance with the Federal Labor Standards Provisions (Davis-Bacon) or Montana Prevailing Wage Requirements, whichever is greater. This project is funded in part or in whole with grant/loan funding from RD, ARPA, and Local funds. Award of the project will be contingent upon receiving funding and award concurrence from Funding Agencies.
