Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Great Falls, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: o Replacement of select sewer mains and sewer services; o Installation of new gravity sewer mains; o Installation of new railroad crossing via jack and bore; o Select manhole rehabilitation; o Abandonment of existing lift station and value vault; o Construction of new package lift station with above ground valve vault; o New emergency generator and associated electrical equipment; and o Asphalt and gravel surfacing replacement. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to PowerTeton County Water & Sewer District, in the amount not less than ten Percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidders shall furnish and approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance, as required, shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of the insurance shall be provided. Information on registration can be obtained by calling (406) 444-7734. Contractor and Subcontractor(s) shall pay, as a minimum, prevailing wages for each classification in accordance with the Federal Labor Standards Provisions (Davis-Bacon) or Montana Prevailing Wage Requirements, whichever is greater. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or nation origin. This project is funded in part or in whole with grant/loan funding from RD, ARPA, and Local funds. Award of the project will be contingent upon receiving funding and award concurrence from Funding Agencies. Bids may only be withdrawn as provided in Section 15.02 of the Instruction to Bidders after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid that is in the best interest of the Owner. The Contractor is required to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. This project is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), Pub. L. 117-58, 70901-70953. Absent an approved waiver, all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials used in this project must be produced in the United States.
