Construction activities associated with this project consist of removing and replacing storm sewer lines and along Hilldale Avenue and for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for the construction of the HMAC and associated items along Hill Terrace and Hilldale Drive. Bid Security, only in the form of: 1) A certified or cashier's checkdrawn on a Texas bank andmade payable to the City of Nederland; or 2) a bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Texas,in the amount of not less than five (5%) percent of the totalbid, must accompany each bid at the time it is submitted.
