SCOPE OF SERVICES The following list includes anticipated tasks associated with this RFP, generally providing routine traffic engineering. Work will involve assisting with capital improvement and special projects. This list is not all inclusive. 1. Traffic calming conceptual planning and designs, including all-way stop, traffic signal warrant studies, circulation improvements, parking studies, neighborhood management plans, etc. 2. Traffic data collection including multi-modal traffic volumes, speed, origin-destination surveys, travel time and delays, parking utilization, etc. The City of Oxnard is a vibrant and growing community of approximately 210,000 people. Located on the beautiful Southern California coast, its the most populous city in the County of Ventura. Nestled about 60 miles northwest of Los Angeles and 35 miles south of Santa Barbara, Oxnard prides itself on its rich diversity and culture. Oxnard is a full-service city. Contract work begins December 4, 2024 For a variety of assignments over the next three (3) years beginning December 3, 2024 or effective upon signature of an Agreement by both parties, through December 3, 2027, unless terminated earlier City Council December 3, 2024 Proposer inquiries must be submitted online August 29, 2024 . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
