UDOT Tree Removal and Trimming (UDOT Region 2) Cutting, trimming, bushes, plants, trees. Grinding, removal This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence. Purpose of this Solicitation The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: Tree removal (including herbicide stump treatments). Herbicide stump treatments will be included in the tree removal process to control regrowth of unwanted tree species. Selective pruning Stump Grinding service This contract will result in one contract award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Award will be based off Attachment C "Itemized Price List" and given to the contractor with the overall lowest cost from the sum of the submitted items. Length of the Contract The contract resulting from this IFB will be for FIVE (5) years. Contact: Cody Nelson codybnelson@utah.gov All questions must be submitted through electronically.
