Renovation of a medical facility in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,200-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
This project includes complete demolition of interior partition walls, finishes, HVAC and plumbing. The new floor plan will include new offices, exam rooms, labs, medical rooms, toilet rooms, break room and a new entrance with new canopy, walkway and columns. It includes new finishes, new HVAC system, new plumbing, and new electrical components. *Bidders shall be required to hold a Michigan Builders License and perform 50% of the project work based on scope of work. *Sault Tribe Sales Tax and Use Tax Exemption: Materials purchased for the Marquette Health Center Building Renovation Phase 1 Project shall be exempt from sales tax and use tax. *Wages: Davis Bacon Wages are NOT required on the Project. Questions regarding the Marquette Health Center Building Renovation Phase 1 Project RFP must be emailed to the Sault Tribe Purchasing Department to Mary Lehre at mlehre@saulttribe.net. Responses will be sent electronically to all bidders via Addenda.
