Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,339-square-foot, one-story above grade religious / funeral development.
Convert a former church to an educational center for troubled teens. Improvements will be made to the site, interior finishes, new doors, new HVAC system to provide outdoor air, provide an updated ADA restroom layout, update the kitchen, new electrical services and new interior and exterior LED lighting throughout. Provide new site lighting, new parking lot paint striping, new basketball court, new storage garage, and new wood fence around site Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Section 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are required to submit qualifications to the approval of the Architect and Owner with their bid. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Section 00 21 13. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
