Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,780-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
GEI Consultants of Michigan, P.C. (GEI) provided a visual condition assessment of the existing building with the goal of the building being renovated to be a new cultural center. A site visit was completed to assess the visible components of the structure. GEI preformed engineering consulting services for the Cultural Center Redevelopment, with the work authorized by Locus Architecture by means of a Professional Service Agreement dated July 2, 2024. Question Deadline 01/09/2025 Questions regarding ambiguities or the propriety of these specifications shall be submitted in writing not less than five (5) days prior to formal bid opening. The work under this contract consists of an interior remodel of the Marquette Cultural Trailhead building with parking lot, trail, and landscape improvements. The project is partly funded by a SPARK Grant. The terms of the SPARK Grant are attached to this document.
