Site work and new construction of a residential development in Marquette, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The Marquette County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA), the developer, is seeking a builder(s) to design and construct up to four attainable single-family detached homes on shovel-ready scattered sites in Marquette County. Up to $250,000 per home is available for the design, construction, and finishing. MCLBA owns each lot and has done due diligence to be able to build at each site. Proposals must meet the requirements of the grant programs. If you have questions regarding this property and the request for proposals, please contact Antonio Adan at landbank@mqtco.org. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and may negotiate the terms with one or more proposers. The Authority may request additional information from one or more proposers to assist in the selection process.
