Site work and new construction of a hospitality development in John d'or Prairie, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 17,305-square-foot, two-story above grade, 20-room hospitality development.

Proposals are requested from experienced Construction Management Firms for the Rotary Clubs of Grande Prairies Wellness Centre Society - Ken Sargent Compassion House, located in Grande Prairie, Alberta, by the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation on behalf of the Rotary Clubs of Grande Prairie. The new Ken Sargent House will include 21 residential rooms, in a variety of types, a communal kitchen area, common areas, a work-out room and other home-like amenities including laundry facilities and a kid's playroom. The building is to be located directly south of the new Grande Prairie Regional Hospital, providing easy access to the hospital for those families that are staying in the facility, while still providing them with enough of a separation to allow them to heal and be surrounded by loved ones in a more comforting environment. The new two-storey building will be approximately 1,608 sq.m. in size above grade, along with a 278 sq.m. basement, located on a 0.42-hectare site.
